One of Contiki ECM’s major selling points is that the software is a standard off-the-shelf application which can be tailored to each client’s needs. It balances the need for simplicity with the flexibility to meet clients’ changing requirements. We have introduced role-based dashboards to help the user focus on the task at hand.
The Contiki suite is based on a state-of-the art .NET architecture allowing the use of visual workflow design combined with an extensive use of web services.

This provides two major benefits:

1. The system functions as an integral part of Microsoft’s architecture, which means that Contiki is the only system on the market that fully embeds Microsoft Office applications. You can take full advantage of the functions in market leading applications like Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio, as Contiki tailors the use of each application to your contracting workflows.

2.The system can be interfaced via web services to applications like ERP systems with a minimum of integration. Integration can be established both via connectors and through processes since the output from contiki fully supports BPEL4WS (Business Process Execution Language for Web Services).

Transfer of master data from ERP/legacy systems is performed in every standard Contiki implementation. Master data can be transferred in many different ways, but Contiki is fully based on web services.

The great advantage of Contiki is that the package comprises and integrates both workflows, supporting functions for the contract management discipline and full document management tailored for contracts.
