CMA Contiki and a global customer have partnered to develop a Supplier Performance Management solution, Contiki SPM. The application will track Suppliers Performance and Compliance.
The Contiki SPM (Supplier Performance Management) software gives Supply Chain professionals the invaluable ability to optimize their sourcing process and perform more efficient purchases by increasing competition among their suppliers and reducing risks.
Contiki SPM lets the supply chain professional record an assessment of a supplier by scoring on a number of key metrics such as Quality, Precision, Economy, HSE, Ethics, for instance use child labor etc. The Supplier Performance Management tool will store the information so that historical assessments can be aggregated into a Supplier’s Scorecard so that procurement professionals can instantly view the consistency and reliability of a supplier’s performance- and compliance history.
