Contiki Sourcing
CONTIKI SOURCING simplifies your tender competitions, ensures full compliance as well as delivering huge process efficiency gains. In combination with the eRFX functionality in Contiki, the buyer will have a complete toolset to streamline the tender process, allowing buyers to electronically create, distribute, collect, store and evaluate tender documents.
Potential suppliers will meet a user friendly web portal for interacting with the buyer. All suppliers will receive information simultaneously and uniformly. The buyer may decide if the process is by invitation only, or open process (e.g. linked from Doffin/TED).
Tender process/progress and questions / answers are controlled and monitored inside Contiki. The buyer may see who intends to submit offer, who have submitted and who has rejected to submit offer.
All documents are published and submitted through the Contiki Sourcing portal, and submitted documents may be locked and encrypted until formal opening date/time. This will ensure that formal opening dates and compliance are enforced.
Contiki Sourcing, together with the eRFX functionality in Contiki, gives you the following flexible functionality;
