Allocation of tasks: Allocate tasks to other co-workers in your organization (the function utilizes the built-in reminder and notification function to ensure awareness of critical dates). A typical task that could be allocated would be the completion of assessments so that the finance unit in the organization could provide feedback on contractors related to correctness and timeliness of invoicing.
Sharing of documents: Assign the completion of specified documents to others in your organization. This is a functionality to ensure that, e.g., technical personnel can compile documents such as “Scope of Work” etc.
Contract review, approval, and signature: Circulate contract header data to ensure that the internal mandatory approval process is met. Associated documents such as the final contract document are available.
Document review, approval, and signature: Circulate one or more documents. This is the same functionality as with contract review but may be used for any document associated with a contract. The associated contract header data is available.
Ad-hoc workflows can be initiated for editing, review, approval and signature processes.
The routed information will be e-mailed to the “Assigned to” person, including a hyperlink directing the user to the contiki Collaboration Server displaying the relevant information. The contiki Collaboration Server is a web-based portal that segregates information through role-based dashboards.
