The goals are to educate and inspire organizations considering ECM; to help them define and qualify their ECM-related needs, both in business and technical terms; and to help them establish realistic values for the critical parameters of their ECM solution. The approach as ECM vendor independent as possible
We can tailor the agenda to put more emphasis on certain sessions, based on customer needs
Audience - at least two of the following people should participate:
- Strategic discussion – Executive sponsor
- Functional discussion – Project management stakeholder representatives
- Technical discussions – Architects and integrators
Deliverable: a high-level summary presentation. It can be used as basis for a creation of RFP (Request for Proposals) or ECM Roadmap for future search implementations
