Grameenphone Praises Contiki
ECM One of Telenor’s largest joint ventures, the internationally acclaimed Bangladeshi telecoms operator Grameenphone, praised Contiki ECM for user-friendliness that sets it above it’s many less accessible rivals.
Says Saiful Alam, Grameenphone SCM’s Contract Admin Manager:
"This is a wonderful user friendly tool considering all other contract management tools available in the market for the contract administrators to manage and administer their contracts in systematic and professional way. Any person familiar with MS outlook can easily handle Contiki. This tool facilitates handling of documents and information for all stakeholders of the contract using three types of access (CIS, CCS and Client PC version). Organization can use it for all types of contracts such as purchasing, sales, corporate and all others types of contract separately in one system."
This is not the first time that Contiki’s Enterprise Contract Management tool has been distinguished from it’s competition by it’s users - Halliburton, Telenor, DnBNOR have all cited Contiki ECM as being incredibly user friendly and easy to use.
